Delete Your Flint Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Flint account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Flint App

Launch the Flint app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you're logged in.

Go to Your Profile

Tap on the "You" page (your profile) at the bottom of the screen.

Open Account Settings

Navigate to "Account" in your profile settings.

Select Delete Account

Tap on "Delete Account" option.

Confirm Deletion

Review the information and tap "Confirm" to permanently delete your account.

Quick navigation:

You (Profile) → Account → Delete Account → Confirm

Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All your matches, messages, and profile data will be deleted.
  • Any active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your app store.
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Deleted Immediately:

  • • Your profile information
  • • Photos and videos
  • • All matches and connections
  • • Message history
  • • Preferences and settings

May Be Retained (if applicable):

  • • Transaction records (legal requirement)
  • • Data related to active disputes
  • • Information required by law
